Customer Reviews
Run! I strongly advise anyone considering Bridle Creek Apartments to look elsewhere. My experience has been extremely disappointing, and I feel misled by the advertised claims of "luxury," "modern," and "upscale" living, with "high-end features and sleek designs." When we arrived for move-in, the apartment was in an uninhabitable and unsanitary condition: a strong foul odor that gave me a headache and made me feel like I needed a shower immediately, dirty walls, dirty and stained floors, dirty and sticky surfaces, extensive cobwebs, bugs, and even dirty sheets left in the laundry area. Cabinets, carpet, and shelves were clearly not cleaned. There was visible rust on the shower head and closet shelving—posing both sanitary and safety concerns. The air conditioning didn’t work properly, and
Please pin this message or whatever you need to do! Honestly, anyone looking for apartments and coming across Bridle Creek, please don’t let the negative reviews scare you away. I’ve lived here for three years and have seen management change from one company to another. This current company truly tries their best to help residents and make everyone feel welcome. I see the negative reviews all the time, and honestly, some of them are very misleading. It’s frustrating because that hasn’t been my experience at all. Bridle Creek has been affordable, the monthly fees are reasonable, and the location is great. I wouldn’t choose to live anywhere else. Thank you to the Bridle Creek staff — my family and I love it here!
This place is terrible! Management is useless and before even moving in wouldn't answer calls, but we had to move from out of state and it was conveniently located... Should've been a red flag! We NEVER received notice when maintenance would come, on at least one occasion we opened the door to find them looking for the key to open our door! No knock, call, text, letter. That happened multiple times Our fridge broke, completely. I put in a work order and they called the next day, and after asking what was wrong - in spite of the work order SPECIFICALLY stating the issue - and after explaining, was informed it would be handled. I received an email asking for a survey to be completed asking about the work completed within 5 minutes of the call disconnecting. My fridge remained in the 50s a
DO NOT LIVE HERE. If you value your safety, health, or peace of mind — stay far away from Bridle Creek Apartments. This place is a disaster. Black mold in our unit, cracked and broken bathtubs and toilets, animals in the ceiling — and management ignores it all. We submitted over a dozen maintenance requests that were never resolved. There was literally a murder on the property — someone was shot and killed — and management never even notified residents. They brushed it off as an “altercation” and acted like nothing happened. The leasing agents are rude, management is nonexistent, and corporate doesn’t care. The worst part? Before our lease was even up, they sent a cleaning company into our apartment without permission — while we were at work. Having cleaners is optional, and we specifi
I moved here in June and have loved it! I lived in two other apartment complexes, before moving here and they were titled as “luxury” or “smoothly ran apartments” and that was a complete lie! Bridle Creek has fast paced maintenance, along with the sweetest office crew you’ll ever meet! Britany, Darian, Madison and Zach make it their mission to get to know their residents and show all that they truly love having them as tenants. I would recommend this complex to anyone and you should too! :)
