Some of the workers are cool inside office and some or not they be having nasty attitudes like they don't want to their jobs it's difficult getting help from certain people in office they never know nothing they don't try to help you it's just they don't know. Like today's crew inside the office as of now whole crew TRASHY !!! 11/06/25 Secret Shopper needs to pay them a visit

I like my apartment been here since 2017 but the office staff keeps switching up they are rude and I was treated like shit these ppl never had a problem out of me until today when they temp got rude with me and hung up on me twice and I went into the office and they automatically took the temp side like I stated I lived here since 2017 my apartment has been shot up twice by stray bullets and im on the second floor the second time I was sleep and grazed by a bullet in my bed asked to be replaced never happen nothing was done they still did even patch the bullet hole from the second time bullets came through my wall.its just me and my kid and she dont hang out around here ppl just see us come and go no trouble my way but they way the office staff treated me today was very uncalled for I will

Don’t accept an apartment here unless they have permanent staffing the slow one said I didn’t pay rent for a full year even though I was coming in with a money order every month to pay rent in person and given a receipt for the incorrect amount every month. I didn’t fight for the apartment because they are slum lords and the community is no where near safe my bathroom sink fell on the floor in September 2023 and no one came to repair it until the day I was “evicted” for non payment and that was in May 2024. Even though I requested maintenance every month since September 2023 (also would’ve been a good idea every time I requested maintenance to let me know I had been paying the incorrect amount… anyways just raising awareness

I was at this property in 2012 and was not impressed at all. It didn't seem like a place you would be proud to call home. Since then I have been on this property three times since the new management company took over Vista Capital Management Group. You can tell that the owners and management company work well together and have made a huge improvement to the community. I have talked to several long term residents and they have told me they are so happy with all the changes and are now very happy to call this their home.

My Mother has lived here at Bridgeview for several years. I wanted to let the world know that since Vista Capital Management Group took over around the beginning of 2012 I have noticed a great improvement to this Community. There has been several upgrades, and repairs made to make the over all community feel like a totally different place. I would recommend Bridgeview if you are in need of housing, especially a stepping stone to get on your feet. The office staff, and Maintenance team is great!
