Bridgestone Apartments

I love it here!! My husband and I was looking for an apartment in Columbus and got reccomended to move here. It was our first and last apartment we looked at. We knew once we took a tour that we loved it. Our apartment is very nice and the admin are always available during office hours to help us with our needs. There’s also a great payment plan to split payments if needed that has helped my husband and I so much! We had a huge snow storm this past weekend and maintaince has been on top of it! I’m so thankful for them working tirelessly to keep our parking lot clean and safe to drive on. They are also so kind and fix our issues within 24 hours of them being reported. Love living here! Totally recommend.

I love Bridgestone! I moved to Georgia almost 5 years ago. Decided to move back last summer. I wouldn’t look anywhere else. I face a beautiful pond. Close to a dog park and, it feels like home. I wouldn’t rent anywhere else. Where else do you get a two bedroom with two full baths to rent. Also , staff and maintenance are the cherry on top. They are there when you need them.

I lived here for two years. It was my first apartment and I only left because I purchased my first home. I loved living here. I lived in a 2bed 2 bath classic unit with a lakeview. The apartment was priced fairly and any time I had a maintenance request, it was closed within 24 hours (except for weekends/holidays). My neighbors were wonderful. I never had any major issues with parking. Occasionally, I’d have to park a building over. But I didn’t mind the walk. I loved the nature around the complex. I loved sitting by the pond outside of my unit and watching the turtles and ducks. I felt safe at the complex and in my apartment. I would recommend bridgestone to anyone looking for an apartment in Hilliard. I will miss living here!

0/10 – Absolutely Do Not Recommend I moved into Bridgestone Apartments and had to move out in less than 24 hours due to a severe roach infestation. It was immediately clear that the unit had not been cleaned prior to my arrival, and worse, I later learned that both management and maintenance were already aware of the infestation before I moved in—and still allowed me to take the unit. This kind of negligence and lack of basic cleanliness is completely unacceptable. No tenant should have to go through the stress of moving into a pest-infested, unsanitary apartment—especially when management is fully aware of the issue in advance. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration. I would not recommend Bridgestone Apartments to anyone.

Living at Bridgestone Apartments was truly a great experience. From the moment we moved in, the leasing staff made it a point to keep residents informed and engaged, always communicating updates and community news in a timely and professional manner. What really set Bridgestone apart was the maintenance team. They were consistently friendly, professional, and quick to address any concerns. It’s clear that they genuinely care about the residents and take pride in their work, which made daily life at Bridgestone feel easy and comfortable. Another highlight of this community is the fantastic amenities. The on-site gym is very well maintained, offering a clean and convenient space to work out without leaving the property.
