Bridges at Pine Creek

I’ve been here almost 3 years, when I first moved here it was really nice the owners took really good care of the property. They kept the trash picked up,grass cut, the inside of the buildings clean, but now the new owners are slumlords they don’t keep the buildings clean, there’s always trash everywhere, there’s bulk waste piled up the laundry room stays filthy. As of now we’ve been without water ever since yesterday we haven’t been able to reach anyone. There’s no line for maintenance at all and the voicemail is full, it’s always hard to reach someone. I’ve started seeing roaches in my apartment and I don’t keep a nasty house. That’s always allot of drama here to, they don’t stay on top of repairs either. If you can help it do not move here you will regret it I’in currently looking for a

I used to live in this apartment for 2 years , before management change, the management was all good, but after management change, everything’s completely changed, the trash bins was full , no response from management, also we have to pay parking fee which $15 a month. Trash everywhere with tall grass, that never happen before management change! Do not go there.!

DO NOT MOVE HERE….. THE MICE ARE SO BAD THEY ARE EATING MT CHILDRENS CLOTHES AND SHOES ALSO GOING THROUGH MY FURNITURE….. I have never had to live anywhere like this before. It’s in my stove closets, food everywhere there are mice. They also have damage from water problems as well that they are not willing to fix as well… it is way over priced for what they make it out to be… I cannot wait to move.

The apartments themselves are nice. Still have issues. Overall you will find the ones that live like they're outside. I had spinal surgery and I use the apartment as rehab. I wasn't supposed to be where stairs are but that's what I got. So far one fall and it wasn't major. Life still goes on. Been looking for another place ASAP.. You really have to be in a situationship to move here or like the constant drama.. Ended up being one of the worst experiences ever, besides Agora Realty... They running neck and neck

Don't move here!! If you enjoy gun shots,loud neighbors,train hoonks at 3 am,drugs,mice,poorly ventalited rooms, mold in bathrooms,no jobs in the area,overpriced apartments then this is for you!! Nothing is remodeled. don't move here!!! I cannot wait to go!!
