Do not rent here. Valet trash was never consistent. All of the laundry facilities were dirty all the time and flooded frequently, and yes I’ve emailed them :) but they don’t read emails unless you go to the leasing office and tell them that you emailed them. The breezeways were constantly full of trash.I paid for parking but they did not actually enforce parking and allowed cars from people who did not live there to park wherever they wanted. An eviction notice was written and put onto my account even though I never missed or was late on a rent payment. Police were constantly called to the complex. Neighbors were extremely loud. There were roaches and even the exterminators stated that the leasing office did nothing to follow through on the treatments they recommended. Maintenance enter

My overall experience is not bad as I still live here my only pet peeve is the on site laundry units for the ones that live in studio apartments unfortunately we don’t have the luxury to have a washer and dryer in our apartment so we have to share with everyone which isn’t a problem, but the ones here are disgusting. They don’t have the brivo app so anyone is allowed to come in here and I inserted pictures of how disgusting this unit is so if you decide to come and get a studio apartment be aware that you have to use this unless you want to drive to the laundry mat which is what I have to do but sometimes I just need to wash and dry a few clothes and it’s sad that I pay a nice amount of money and I can’t even have a clean experience

The parking is horrible this year, if you come home after 4 pm you can no longer get a parking space near your building. You have to park on the street or park in another parking lot because the company no longer uses a towing company. I was told 3 months ago the property manager was on the verge of picking a new company, fast forward to now we all can see this is not true. I’ve been living here for almost four years and in the last two years things have significantly changed and not for the better. The leasing office does not return calls no matter how many messages you leave with their Answering machine company. Our laundry facility is always full of trash and hardly works. The best thing about this place is the location. You can live in the heart of Raleigh without paying uptown prices.

Brandon at Bridges at North Hills has been an outstanding leasing agent! From the very first tour, he was friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable about the property and amenities. He took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly and made the entire leasing process smooth and stress-free. His communication was clear and prompt, and he genuinely seemed to care about helping me find the right apartment. I really appreciate his professionalism and positive attitude—Brandon is a great reflection of the Bridges at North Hills team!

If you wanna save money stay here but it’s the absolute worst place to stay at if you value cleanliness, communication & peace. The property management here is awful, don’t expect a email response or call back until days or weeks later. God bless the people with families living in these terrible conditions, it’s so stressful & sickening. Raleigh has way better places than this, DONT SIGN THE LEASE
