DO NOT LIVE HERE. If I could give zero stars I would. There are many areas of this apartment complex that need major improvements. Management of the facility is poor and seems to be inconsistent in terms of employees and hours. We had many packages stolen from our door or from being placed in random areas. It took days-weeks for maintenance to come fix a leaking dishwasher. We lived on the bottom level and constantly had people’s trash, belongings, and cigarettes thrown into our patio space. The hallways always smelled terribly due to trash and poor cleanliness of them. They would once a month come through and pour a gallon of cleaner to help with the smell without cleaning up any dirt or debris. The parking is ridiculous, if you get off past 3-4pm expect to walk a decent amount because th

PLEASE READ BEFORE LEASING HERE: Roaches everywhere, caught a mouse in my apartment on day 1, homeless people roam the property, used needles are everywhere, loud trains right next to the building, most of the staff is rude, and half of the workout room is broken. Been here since March 2025 & the issues have only gotten worse. Recently threatened with eviction because my neighbor lied to the office saying im loud, without providing any proof. He even called the police at midnight while i was sleeping with a noise complaint. The staff refuses to help with any of it & even took his side when i spoke with them. The only good thing about this place is that im almost done with my lease.

The staff was great to me I can't lie so this is not on them but.... A lot of roaches in the building that they don't tell you about, disgusting hallways that smell like urine, mice in the stairwells. We had a desk stolen while moving in after being there for 5 minutes. When we asked if they could do anything because there were multiple cameras they told us that there was nothing they could do because none of their cameras work🤣. No security. The homeless problem outside is insane. I've seen people actively using needles, pipes, passed out on sidewalk. Not a safe place at night. Definitely don't live here especially if you are a single woman

PROS: 1) Apartments have tall ceilings and balconies 2) Location is close to Gateway and Freeway access 3) Leasing office is on site (when they’re actually open is a different story I’ll touch on later) CONS : 1) Despite a large parking garage (which is mostly empty) they only allow each apartment unit to have 1 reserved parking space with no option to purchase more spaces. This results in limited street parking which gets very difficult when there are concerts or other venues near the apartment. 2) The Smell…. In the hallways, stairwells, elevators, trash chute, etc. This place stinks. Cleanliness is clearly not the apartments main concern and any messes spilled in the halls or elsewhere do not get cleaned within a reasonable timeframe. 3) The “Trash Valet”. Maybe this isn’t so much of

I've had a truly positive experience during my 3 year+ stay at this apartment. The staff's responsiveness and helpfulness have been outstanding, ensuring that every request was addressed in a timely manner. My apartment was always fully functional, and I appreciated the consistent cleanliness of the hallways and passages in my floor. I do want to note that early in my stay, there was a noticeable presence of homeless individuals near the elevator. However, this issue has since subsided and is no longer a problem. While no apartment is entirely without its quirks, any minor issues here were easily manageable and didn't detract from my overall satisfaction. I extend my sincere gratitude to Bea Cervantes, the apartment manager. Her exceptional assistance with my lease termination, necessitate
