Love it here! The land lady is always very nice and fun to talk to -- she is also super understanding if you need to bring your kiddo into the office. We are currently living in the Kagy Village apartments, and they are very nice. The hallways are kept very clean, and the landscaping/lawn care is very well maintained. They are also super fast at clearing snow, sometimes even faster than the roads. I would definitely recommend

I recently moved in to an apartment here and have been impressed with the kindness and responsiveness of the management. There were a few minor things wrong from the previous tenant, the maintenance man was able to assist within 24 hours of me notifying them. Exceptional customer service and a beautiful place to live!

Been living in one of their apartments for a while now and could not have asked for a much better experience. The landlord is always happy to converse with any of the tenants, the maintenance guys are awesome and fast when there is an issue to be addressed. Being an 18 year-old with no credit and no rental history, it was tricky to find an agency that didn't immediately turn away. With this landlord I felt like I was finally being treated as a real human and not just an application. Would recommend to anyone!!!

Still trying to get our lock replaced on our ground level sliding glass door. It was taken off over a year ago and not replaced. If we could get ahold of the maintenance staff, I know it would be done, because they are great. But the management either refuses to pass on our request or simply doesn't care that we have a major safety concern. Even after verbal requests and written requests, I'm still being ignored. On top of that, they feel that it is fair to raise the rent even though we still don't have a lock on our door!
