I’ve lived here for over a year and the maintenance staff has been amazing! I had my AC go out and they were here within 5 minutes of my request. They got me a portable unit over the weekend, then changed it Monday morning. They were considerate of me sleeping and worked quietly outside my unit. After they fixed my AC, I mentioned I needed help with my bathroom mirror. They replaced it and got that problem fixed too. They always have a smile on their face when helping, and that’s always appreciated. Thank you!☺️

I am still a resident here and this review is mainly to show my appreciation for the maintenance staff. The maintenance team works fast and they perform quality work. Any time I submitted a work order, it was completed in less than 24 hours. James is very personable and his customer service is above and beyond. He listens to your concern, lets you know a plan of action and then follows through immediately, proving consistent results.

I lived here from 2020-2021 and it is an amazing property. It's gated and quiet and I always felt safe. It is pet friendly and great amenities. If I hadn't moved to Austin I would still be living there.

I liked these apartments, the houses are very cute. The houses are pretty clean inside, the only thing is the old refrigerator and the old dishwasher. The backyard is quite small. We really liked that the main building of these apartments complex has its own cinema that can be rented. The shops/stores are a bit far away, there is a highway exit nearby. There is always a person in the administration, it is very nice. The administration of this complex is very nice. They were very willing to answer our letters and phone calls. Thanks to them for that!

I lived here for a year and had a great experience. The management team is very helpful and accommodating, always willing to assist with any concerns. My kids especially enjoyed spending time at the pool during the summer. Maintenance requests were always handled promptly and efficiently. The neighborhood is quiet and pleasant, with convenient access to nearby stores. I highly recommend this place!
