Bridgelight Townhomes

After signing a lease for a "renovated" phase one townhome, I spent the following year regretting my decision, considering the only renovation that was done was for the hallway-sized kitchen. But hey, if you like stainless steel appliances, go ahead and pay the extra $200 a month for a dirty, thin-walled, bug-infested, outdated apartment. You'll have the great pleasure of having closet doors fall off their hinges, a poorly painted bathtub, and a lazy leasing manager who is NEVER in the office and ignores every pest control request you put in, even if you submit a picture of droppings you found in your closet. I have lived at Bridgelight for 3 years, and in that time we have had 4 property managers and the only consistency has been never being able to get a hold of any of them. the real issues started when moving out, superficially inflated cleaning fees to be $1 more than the security deposit, after a very thorough cleaning prior to move out. Final bill is run through a third party so cant even dispute anything, kept my deposit and then charged for the mail to send me my $1 balance. Just fishy and terrible treatment after living there for so long. look elsewhere.

Terrible apartment complex and terrible management. I submitted an application for an apartment and paid all of my fees. I had noticed that my application still had not gone through and I called to ask if I was missing anything. Management let me know that I was all “good to go” and that there were “no issues” with my application and that they would contact me when a lease opened up. Long story short, they ended up canceling my application THREE separate times without notice. Each time I called them they said it was a mistake. I finally get everything in order and they send me a lease option- for the wrong unit type. This is the second review I’ve written, the first for move in, and now for move out. I am appalled by the move out process. I have always left my apartments cleaner than I found them and have never had my security deposit withheld, let alone receive additional charges. The “evidence” photos showed a clean home and yet they charged for pretty much any move out fee imaginable. Please beware

Amazing apartment complex maintenance is always on the job quickly and so unbelievably friendly, I love the natural tree canopy and the forest meets city feel definitely couldn’t see myself living anywhere else.
