Absolute worst customer service of any home builder. Multiple issues with our home after move in, extremely slow to “fix” them, and will not honor your warranty after time is up on stuff they didn’t fix correctly the first time!

Terrible builders. They are rude unresponsive. Never had I had this unprofessional behavior from a home builder. This builder constantly makes mistake on the plan and when you bring it up they make it look like it’s the customers fault. The managers are very uneducated and very rude to customers. One of the worst builders in the Houston area. Please buy from any of the other builders in that area.

This is a terrible company to get your new house. I do not recommend using this builder. Very rude and unprofessional workers here. Builders gave us wrong materials for all and didn’t warn us with any changes made for materials. I do not recommend this builder.
