Jim is the best realtor we have had in a long time. We had two properties for sale and he sold one in a week and the other in less than a month! I call that spectacular! He handled everything professionally with no problems whatsoever. We would definitely use him again. My advice is if you need a realtor, call Jim!

Jim went way and beyond on selling my dad's house. I knew it would be difficult because of location, but he did it in a reasonable amount of time and got a good price. He helped us with the closing issues and even mowed the the lawn. I would use him again (best recommendation I could ever give).
