Would not recommend living here, especially if you are working from home, or have animals that live with you. This place has pushed my sanity to the absolute brink and the leasing office has only added to that. •Fire alarms constantly going off •Dog pee and stains along the hallways •Poor insulation •Cars broken into •Frequently broken elevators •Heavily skewed reviews due to deals offered by front office •$250 deposit to reserve amenity lounge The fire alarm goes off almost every time it rains. There seems to be a sweet spot of the alarms going off around 5am. It has evolved to the point that myself and other residents have stopped leaving our apartments as we are unable to tell if it is a real fire or just another faulty alarm being set off. In addition to that there is a strong smell
Lived here for a year and half- was a nice place to live! Nakiah, Jerrica, Natalie, and the maintenance team are on top of it and we really appreciate everything they did for us while we lived there. The office staff is attentive and kind, and we never had any issues getting service from maintenance either. The biggest issues were the fire alarms going off all the time (hadn’t happened in a month or two as of our move out), the garage, and the location. Be careful in the garage for sure, because it’s tall and narrow and people come flying down with no regard for their neighbors. The location isn’t always ideal given the proximity to the highway, and if you’re in the West Tower you will for sure hear if you’re on your balcony or open a window. The Amazon locker was nice, the amenities were
I recently applied and had a very positive first impression. The front desk team was kind, professional, and welcoming, which made the process smooth and comfortable. I chose to apply because I genuinely like the building’s structure and the apartment layout, which both felt well designed and well maintained. Since I work from home, reliability and a calm environment are important to me. The building has three elevators; I did notice some reviews mentioning occasional elevator issues, so I’m looking forward to experiencing day-to-day operations myself. I was also present during two fire alarm activations during my visit and hope these are not frequent. I hope they actively enforce pet policies to help keep shared spaces clean for everyone. I didn’t see the carpets bad as some reviews sh
I recently toured and applied to live at Bridge at Windsor Park, and I was really impressed. I love that the complex uses key fobs and has elevators. The apartments look very clean, and I especially like the white tile countertops, stainless steel appliances, and most importantly, the hardwood floors. The main amenity I care about is the gym, and it has both a Smith machine and free weights, which is a big plus for me. The location is also super convenient right off I-35, so you’re close to plenty of shopping and dining. Overall, it seems like a really solid place to live.
We recently applied for an apartment at this property and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The building itself is quite new and had amenities that make it feel like a pretty decent living space. The staff was incredibly friendly and responsive throughout the entire application process, answering all my questions promptly and making me feel welcomed. The indoor gym, community rooms, and spacious apartment with a lot of special offers were quite attractive. The only downside I found was being too adjacent to the highway. It felt like the surrounding neighborhood was a bit sketchy because of that. However, we were pretty satisfied with the overall process of application and the quality of the apartment.
