Bridge at Waters Park Apartments

My experience living at The Bridge at Waters Park complex was absolutely exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I knew this place would be special. My apartment was simply amazing: spacious, well-designed, and cozy. It has definitely been the best place I have lived in since I arrived in Austin. The location of the complex is truly strategic, with everything you may need just steps away. Having an H-E-B supermarket right next door was very convenient. The front desk staff, especially Daniela and Liz, were always friendly, helpful, and willing to assist at all times. Maintenance at the complex is impeccable; everything is always in perfect condition, and cleanliness is a priority. I recently did a Tour24 self-guided tour at Bridge at Waters Park Apartments, and it was a great experience. The Tour24 app made everything super easy and convenient—it guided me through the entire community and all the amenities without any issues. The property was clean, modern, and well-kept. Overall, the whole process was smooth and impressive. Definitely a community worth checking out!

I've been living here at Waters Park since October and I absolutely love it so far! There's two pools, two dog parks, and trees everywhere. For being so close to Mopac, it's really not too loud. Also, the units have tons of storage! We have a 3 bed/2 bath and plenty of storage! We have 5 closets and 2 additional closets on the patio and in the garage. It's awesome! The residents here are very nice and respectful. Overall, this is a very well run, safe, and welcoming complex.

⚠️ Future tenants, be very cautious before signing a lease here. I rented an apartment here for a full year and followed all move-out procedures properly. However, after I moved out, the management charged me over $3000 for a full carpet replacement, claiming there were minor stains — without any prior discussion, negotiation, or evidence that such a replacement was necessary. The charge came with threats of sending the balance to a collection agency, essentially forcing me to pay to protect my credit. Worse still, throughout my tenancy, I repeatedly reported serious quality-of-life issues to management, including: 1. Persistent late-night noise from upstairs neighbors, which severely impacted my sleep and health. Despite multiple complaints, management did nothing, and even suggested I
