Bridge at Three Hills

Living at Bridge of Three Hills has been a wonderful experience. The community feels safe, welcoming, and beautifully maintained. The amenities are genuinely a highlight — clean, convenient, and perfect for days when you want to relax, work out, or enjoy a quiet space without leaving home. I also want to give a special shout-out to the maintenance team, who continuously go above and beyond. Any time I’ve needed help, they were quick, professional, and incredibly friendly. They make living here feel stress-free because you know things will be handled with care. Jodi and Ariel have both been amazing as well — helpful, approachable, and always willing to go the extra mile. Whether it’s answering questions, helping with paperwork, or making sure residents feel supported, they truly stand out

Newly move-ins (2.5 months) just wanted to say our experience with this complex so far. The environment itself is very peaceful. Their amenities are always open and if anything is closed for maintenance, don’t worry though it is taken care of in a timely manner. My girlfriend and I feel safe living here and never have to worry about any package getting stolen or really anything like cars getting broken into. The property is maintained pretty well and the office staff is awesome and communicative. The maintenance team is respectable, reliable, efficient. So glad to be living here.

Olivia was amazing! She was super helpful and went above and beyond answering my questions and going over things I hadn’t yet considered . She gave me a quick tour of the clubhouse and some of the amenities included. I look forward to leasing at Three Hills!

They DO NOT show you the exact apartments you want to rent before you pay! What?? What they hide? Bad mobile phone network? Bad conditions? I saw so many times then demo room is good, but real one is in much worst condition and has some problems. Policy of this organization is too hide. That is after you pay you notice some problem with room? This tells much.

Just moved in within the last two weeks, truly blown away by everyone that works here! Ariel and Jodi were my first point of contact and they ensured I had an easy move in, and they were understanding of my needing to move in later than the initial date of unit availability. Went to the pool party they held for residents and it really ingratiated me to the community. I love all my amenities, my larger space and a yard for my dogs. So glad I chose this place, I would highly recommend it!
