Happy Birfday Jaime 🥳🎂🍨💃🏽, the best apartment manager everrrr!!!! We've been rocking together for 10 years & still going lol, I have truly enjoyed living here in my purple colored Prince apartment 😁💜 as you know me. Thank you for always being there & showing that you care...leading a great staff, I brag on my apartment team...when most complain about theirs I am quick to say "O I can't relate-that's not my Bridge at Techridge Apartments"...keep up the great work guys!!

Extremely unprofessional and irresponsible service. I got roach cleanup done in my apartment. During the service, they opened and removed kitchen switches and other electronic fittings and left everything exposed. After that, no one came back to fix it. The next day, I went to the office three times and called multiple times, but nobody bothered to answer the phone. I was told the whole day that the technician was “on the way.” After wasting my entire Saturday, at the end of the day the front desk lady casually says it’s “not an emergency” according to her and now the technician will come on Monday. Leaving open electrical switches and electronics in a kitchen is somehow not an emergency for them. Zero accountability, zero communication, and zero respect for customers’ time. Very disapp

Don't move here! I moved in on Saturday January 31st 2026 and I regret it. My apartment has a roach infestation. It's bad. I notified the leasing office and they said pest control will be at my place on Wednesday. I kept my stuff in the moving van the first night to try to avoid roaches getting into my belongings. I would think an apartment community would exterminate the unit before leasing to a tenant. I did fill out the apartment condition form within tbe 48 hour window. Very dissapointed in The Bridge at Tech Ridge. I can't even eat in my kitchen because of the roaches. I would strongly advise to look elsewhere for an apartment. Jeff Update: Jaime the Manager for The Bridge at Tech Ridge worked to get the infestation eradicated. Apparently it was coming from another unit. Pest control

I so love it here, the hospitality and calm environment is top notch. Their services is amazing and always on time, the time to time come together, snacks and dinner sharing crowns it all. What a place to call home

Warning to all. These apartments are slums. Massive mold issues. Maintenance just paints over it and passes the problem on to the next person. . The mold is so bad we were constantly sick for months on end. The mold is so bad that it blows through the air vents and gets on everything, it was growing on our clean dishes. . The ac goes out monthly and they told us it’s our fault for having it set below 75… it’s not ac at that point now is it. . My girlfriend called code enforcement with the hopes of crap getting fixed… instead we got a letter telling us to vacate. . Also most of their good reviews are from the employees themselves. . Edit: they attacked my credit. They claim $25,000 in damages, their own damages. My pictures and videos prove it’s their damage not mine. They fraudulently put
