Bridge at Sweetwater Apartments

Wanted to get settled in before I wrote this review. Marissa I’m the front office went above and beyond to help me get all settled into my apartment . Move in was a breeze, the apartment was clean, no major issues whatsoever. The community and overall environment is quiet, the complex is always kept clean, and they have events here for the residents which is a plus. Thank you to the office staff at The Bridge at Sweet water you guys are truly appreciated! Especially since I’ve always wanted to be apart of this community!

I have lived here for almost 2 years and I am pleased with the property management and the maintenance crew. I have had positive experiences with repairs to my front porch and with the shifting of the side of my unit. I appreciate the fact that the office gives small meals or snacks at least twice a month. There are times when some residents may only have enough money for their bills and not much food. Then you have the elderly and disabled and may not be able to access food at times and this helps them. The property held a wrapping station for Christmas which is also a relief on the pocket. Some may think these things are small but means a lot to others. Thank you

Just moved here and it is more than I expected! The office staff are fantastic and so willing to help! Not to mention the maintenance supervisor Scott is the best you will ever come across!

Dee Dee was very kind and helpful during the signing process and very personable on the phone. Hope to have a great experience here for my first place on my own! Scott is super friendly and has provided very useful insights whenever he’s assisted with my work orders. Marissa has assisted anytime I needed documentation and has proven to be reliable. Even though I come off as extroverted I’m actually very introverted and hope that my lack of interaction has not been misinterpreted with me not liking the staff or any of my neighbors, I just get anxious and prefer to avoid awkward moments.

I am excited to move back home. Mrs. Marissa Gilmore has helped me since i lived here before. She has always been an excellent professional in all the aspects of leasing an apartment & managing property. I love this place because I feel safe & secure. Marissa really knows how to manage the community with her staff, Dee Dee, Scott & Orlando.
