Celinda doesn't fix anything. My water main has busted 2 times and been without water at least 2 weeks out of this year alone. Went up to complain and after she lied saying there are water jugs but there aren't any and she locked herself in the office to hide and shut all the blinds which is illegal!

This place is a slum. Avoid at all costs. Celinda, at the office, will just stop responding to your messages or maintenance requests if you upset her or ask her to do her job (which is illegal fun fact) so DO NOT upset Celinda. If you treat her like an eight year old with VERY VERY sensitive feelings it seems to get things moving faster. I get it, I hate having to do my job too. UPDATE: They also now close the office on Saturdays apparently. I'm so glad that they get an extra day off, if anyone deserves to take time off from not doing their job it's Celinda.

I was so happy to live here when I first moved in. Soon after I started getting harassed by the next door neighbor. He would try to hit on me. He would throw parties, play music all night, and he was in a band. His behavior got worse over time, and I heard some fights breakout and saw this person being violent. Some of the other neighbors would party with him, and I didnt feel welcome in my own place. I would be kept up all night and couldn't sleep. I tried to cops and they never came. I went to management and she was nice enough to let me out of my lease, and returned my deposit as well. I know the management couldn't do anything legally to make the tenant stop or leave. Im greatful they listened and released me from having to deal with him anymore. I was sad to leave my apartment though,

The manager is one of the worst I have ever dealt with. She doesn’t speak to you like you are a tenant, she speaks to you like she owns you. I hated every min of dealing with her and she made the stay absolute nightmare. I am so glad my lease is over and I am out. The apartment is less than ideal as well. However manager made it way worse. She should not work in this industry.

Lived here for a year, management and maintenance are all super nice and responsive, it’s a nice area and I like the nature preserve right behind the apartment complex. Amenities are nice as well, it has a nice pool, simple gym, and even a sauna! It’s pretty close to a lot of stores, the strip mall in front of the complex has a lot to offer, HEB is down the street, and access to Mopac is right there as well. Management also has a lot of events in their clubhouse and frequently have little parties with food for the residents to enjoy. I wish I could stay here longer but unfortunately they did not have 2 bed 1 bath which is what I needed. Overall I recommend this place a lot, it has been nothing but good to me and I will miss it!
