Honestly, this has been such a great experience. From the very first call, the management team was super helpful, responsive, and genuinely kind. They went out of their way to help my family and me get moved in quickly when we really needed it, and that meant a lot to us. The property is beautiful, clean, and well taken care of. The area feels safe, the location is great, and the rent is honestly a really good deal for what you get. We feel comfortable and at home here, which is everything. Huge shoutout to Nikita and the team for making the whole process easy and stress-free. We’re really happy here and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for an apartment.

This community is such a gem! 💎 Property is new and features all of the must have amenities with great pricing. The office team is very inviting and special shout out to Cheryl! She is amazing to work with on applications and will make sure you feel at home.

⭐️☆☆☆☆ Do not bring your family here. I mean that seriously. This place is not family friendly no matter how they advertise it. We had the police called on us because our kids were literally just walking around the living room. Not running wild. Not blasting music. Just existing. The floors have zero noise buffering, so every step sounds loud, and instead of fixing the building, they punish the families living in it. They do random pop-up inspections constantly. It doesn’t feel like a home at all. It feels like a jail. No privacy. No peace. They will come into your apartment whether you’re home or not, and you’re always on edge wondering what they’re going to complain about next. They fine you for everything. Prices keep going up. For an income-based place, it’s overpriced and dishones

Group is not accredited by the BBB. I was in 1232 directly above the gym. Every 6 am music would placed through my wall where my pillows were. Saturday, Sunday, Easter, Christmas, mother's day....you name it. "They cant control it". But hey, cars can drive without a person. OK. If you dont mind your kids hearing the R rated versions of songs, youll love it. Oh and let's not forget the djs I only had to turn my TV on 30 to hear the voices.

Nikkita, Ammy, and Cheryl have become my extended family! I really enjoy being able to volunteer for their weekly activities and be a part of something greater for the neighborhood kids and families! I feel blessed to have found my safe home to enjoy! Thank you for continuing to strive to keep this a clean and enjoyable place to live🥰
