Bridge at Cameron Apartments

Ive never been the type to leave a review but with much thought I decided to do so. I would like to start off by saying that this is by far the most horrible move in ever experienced, literally started the day of my move in. Im not going to go into details but it includes getting move in date changed to next day with only 30 mins notice, elevators being broken down twice in a period of a month and a half, the first time happened for over a week. The second time fixed the next day. Parking spaces being extremely reduced, dirty neighbors and ending with nice but not trained properly staff. My personal experience had a lot of mis-communication going back and forth on important info such as move in specials. I wanted to brake my lease but before I did I decided to go in personally to speak to

Yesterday I was walking down the halls I ran into the manager and she told me that I couldn't walk down the halls that I couldn't take the elevators that I couldn't walk, I mean, I'm the one on the contract, I mean, oh, ma'am, there were like eight people talking about her because they all dislike her if she doesn't know how to talk to the people who are working in these apartments she's hateful, the truth is she can't and has no ethics even when talking to people honestly we're looking for signatures to be able to get her out of these apartments and if you think it's a joke and you're just reading the comment just to see it, you'll see that it's not a joke, but that lady has to leave that manager of these apartments because she's hateful nobody can really stand her now she's screwed, that

Taylor, Brenda, Alanís, Nancy and Lazaro are a HARD WORKING committed team. They work hard to maintain to community and provide excellent engagement, support and resources for the community. Just like anywhere else there are occasional problems but the staff is always on top of it. These people are amazing and doing the work built for two to three people at a time. If there are any negative comments on here I can guarantee it is due to residents not following simple rules and expectations to keep us all safe and happy. Please take those with a grain of salt. I have been here since June of 2021 and have only seen improvements from the staff/managements end. It is our residents that need to take accountability for themselves and help us ALL keep Bridge at Cameron beautiful and thriving.
