Customer Reviews
I’ve lived at Austin City Lights for over five years now, and I can honestly say it’s been a great experience. The biggest standout for me is the maintenance team. Juan, Luis, and Juan Carlos (just to name a few) are an absolute unit of a crew. They’re fast, efficient, professional, and always friendly. Every request I’ve submitted has been handled promptly, and you can tell they take real pride in their work. Many thanks to them for everything they do behind the scenes — it absolutely does not go unnoticed. Over the years, there have been some changes with the office staff, which is normal for any property. That said, everyone has typically been very accommodating and friendly. The managers, in particular, have gone above and beyond for me on multiple occasions, and that level of care m
Absolutely loved working with Dai in the front office. She made the tour and leasing experience amazing. Great amenities and floor plans 👌 Everyone in the front office made me feel comfortable and so welcoming. They also informed me there is a resident police officer who does the night time security patrol to assist in making the property secure and safe.
I just renewed my lease here for a second year, because of how well it's gone. It's difficult to find office staff that are friendly to their tenants, and not just people that are looking to sign a lease. But the office staff at Austin City Lights has always been gracious and friendly to me, and I really appreciate that. I lived at the complex across the street, and this one, and I would recommend this one for anyone.
Amazing experience so far!! Gabby in the leasing office is exceptional! My mobility has declined significantly over the last several years and became so severe that I realized I needed to find a new home on the first floor (at that time I was living in a second-floor apt). By then I was having significant difficulty walking and was seriously struggling to get up and down the stairs to the apt I was living in. When I began my online search for a new apt, I had a list of non-negotiable requirements for a new place: pet-friendly; on the first floor, with no need to utilize any stairs to enter or exit the apartment or the building itself; clean; bright; central A/C and heat; well-maintained; onsite management; an open and large enough floor plan that would accommodate use of a walker and/or w
- BEWARE - TL;DR I was ambushed by a man armed with a knife on the property. When I immediately contacted on-site staff for help, I was redirected with a shockingly inappropriate response: K*ll him. I have direct photo evidence of their response since it was through text message. I lived at this property for 4 years and ultimately had to leave because it became unsafe. During my tenancy, there were multiple serious security incidents, including theft, attempted break-ins, and a violent encounter involving an armed individual inside a secured common area. I contacted emergency services at the time because I feared for my life. What made this situation completely unacceptable was management’s response. When I reported the armed incident to on-site staff, the response was dismissive and
