The manager here is the most caring and generous person. So much compassion in what she does. She's so kind and caring. Made it so easy for me to love my new apartment. Great place to live. Great location and great pool too. I even see this lady working into the night. Come live here. You won't be disappointed.

After reading the reviews I wish I would have been offered a similar kindness after informing the front office of my finance and I having been in and out of the hospital the whole weekend of my move out. Instead was met with a you'll be getting a hauling fee. Given an opportunity we could have finished cleaning in an hour or so. I absolutely loved the owner when I first moved in she was who I met when I first walked in the office. Had she been who l'd have met at the front I'm almost certain it would have been a much more compassionate response. She made you feel much more welcomed and almost cared about. She never forgot my name even with having not seen me in months. Other times l'd come up to the front when she wasn't there and asked for something they'd say they didn't know and would g

The manager ms max stay later and come earlier and got me out of a bad situation and brought me here and went beyond service to help me. Plus got me a very nice apartment and gave me food and toiletries to move in. Gave me a medical discount too for retirement of over 22 yrs dental assistant. So kind and caring. This is the place to live.

The place doesn't have any kind of maintenance personnel at all. They outsource to a guy(one person) who comes and goes as he pleases. The property is in dire need of and overhaul. The so called manager is never in the office. Apartments with broken windows that have people living in them. Floor tiles popping up all over the place, the grass is only really cut when someone from their corporate office is due to be around. Then and only then do they clean the apartment complex up. But of course only for appearance. The apartment complex has tenets that have been waiting most of the summer to get their AC prop fixed, water leaks fixed, most of the lines in the parking lot are barely visible. They have a big fence that was blown over, the "company" they hired to fix it reused the same support

Excellent customer service! The new management has gone above and beyond in providing accommodations at a short notice. I’m a new resident here and am appreciative of Brickstone Villas! 5 out of 5 stars!
