Brickhouse at Lamar Station Apartments

Lived here for many years; only moved out because I moved to another state. Brickhouse was a great place to call home. The amenities were kept in good condition and resident events are thoughtfully planned to bring the community together. Maintenance is fantastic, replying within one-two days to all of my requests over the years. Connor and Rachel in the leasing office are very responsive and professional and were willing to help me out with any issues/questions I had. The only complaint is that the hallways could use cleaning more often. Also, the garage did not always seem secure as it was easy for people to drive in behind other cars and park in there. Elevators need key fobs to access though, so I don’t think random people were getting into the building. Overall, this felt like a saf

Living at brickhouse from 2024-2026 was such a great experience. The office and maintenance staff were always so helpful, even throughout my move out process. The amenities are top notch and I really appreciated all the residents events we had. I would recommend this complex to anyone looking to live in the Lakewood/Denver area!

Brickhouse is a wonderful place to call home I have lived here just over a month. It is the nicest, most comfy, well equipped apt. I have ever moved into on my own. The staff, Tyler, Danielle, Scott and Conner are super helpful and just friendly people. It is quiet, has great climate control with Nest thermostats. The covered lower level parking is the best, no hail or sun damaged car, short walk into a secure elevator to go to your floor. ! I have a one bedroom, it is roomy and well laid out. Being across street from light rail is great, 16 min to Union Station! I could go on and on. I highly recommend Brickhouse at Lamar Station!

**I DO NOT LIVE HERE. I was not asked to put this review by the team, but wanted to share that I appreciated the tours in October that Heaven gave me. I was in a hard situation trying to find an apartment quickly and she was so kind and clear. She helped me break down all the costs of the apt. She was also honest about the sounds I'd potentially hear since I have noise sensitivity and helped me find the exact apt that would be quietest. Loved the apartment/parking garage, but chose a different building solely due to wanting to be closer to work. I do recommend touring, but can't speak to actual living conditions.
