Briarwood Village Apartments

I love the homey feel and the friendly people on the property. Management is very attentive and responds quickly to all concerns or requests in real time. The apartments are large. Maintenance is attentive and the staff is extra friendly and a plus is that they are bilingual. The pool is always crystal clear in the summer and it's 9 ft deep! The property is within walking distance of restaurants and shopping centers.

My husband and I lived at Briarwood Village Apartments for two years and we loved it. The property manager, Valerie is the best. She was always professional and kind. Anything we needed regarding the apartment was handled appropriately and immediately. Truly the best manager around.

Valerie made the entire process smooth, easy, and comfortable. I initially planned to rent at a different location, but Valerie’s warm reception and kindness made me reconsider and ultimately choose to move in. Her wonderful personality, combined with the great amenities at Briarwood, truly makes living here a blessing.

This GEM of a property never ceases to amaze me.... It’s like a beautiful village nestled right of 42nd street (HW 191). The apartments are HUGE and all updated with beautiful ceramic and wood flooring.
