I recently had a wonderful experience touring this apartment community. Ana did an excellent job clearly describing every aspect of the apartment and highlighting all of the community amenities. I had some concerns about pricing and potential move‑in costs, but she provided a detailed and transparent breakdown of everything I should expect. My family really loves this town, and we appreciate how clean, modern, and well‑maintained the apartments are. It’s clear that both the maintenance team and the management are on top of their game every question or concern my family and I had was answered quickly and thoroughly. We've lived here for a bit more than a month now. The move-in experience was smooth. The apartment was not exactly in new condition, with a very long list of things we documented so we aren't charged for them when we move out (although nothing that required repairs, mostly the walls are in bad shape but painted over as well as the baseboards; new flooring installed atop old flooring so a couple of doors drag the floor when you try to open them, etc.). The office staff have always been friendly and helpful. The maintenance staff are nice too, and were very quick to respond (~1 hour) the one time so far that we've needed them (dishwasher was leaking just a bit). Briarwood responds quickly to their reviews and not their maintenance requests. Here’s what one of my walls looks like. The rest of the unit isn’t much better, but there’s only so many layers of paint they can use.

What a great place to live. From seeing an apartment to dealing with maintenance I have had an excellent experience. The move in process was easy and stress free. The property manager John is professional, empathetic and helpful. When there is a problem, the management wants to solve it instead or gaslight you and ignore it. The fitness center is a nice touch and the property has lots of wildlife, nice grassy areas, plenty of places to relax and enjoy outside. Pricing is reasonable for what is provided. The location is convenient but out of the busy area. Chris the maintenance guy has helped me out a few times. Thank you Briarwood for providing a positive tenant experience.

I just want to thank Chris and Jesse for their excellent communication and work in my home. They resolved my request quickly and the first time. Overall my experience at Briarwood has been good. Jon, the Manager, helped me when I moved in and clearly explained the policies and procedures. The office people are always there when I stop by and are very friendly. They wave to me when I’m out on the property and always answer my questions quickly. The apartment is a little older but renovated.
