Briarhill Apartments

A honest review of my experience here for the past year! When I first moved in, my experience was far from great. I had a few frustrations and didn't feel like my concerns were being heard. However, since Brandon, the new property manager, took over, things have completely changed. I’ve noticed a significant improvement in the atmosphere and the way the complex is run. Brandon is professional, proactive, and actually follows through on what he says. It finally feels like management is here to support the residents and make this a great place to live. I’m really happy I stayed!"

I was experiencing a rough situation where I was down to my last two weeks to be living in my current apartment. I came across briar Hill Apartments through a friend of mine, who currently stays on the property. Jadon Brandon are nothing short of amazing when it comes to professionalism and caring about their people. They truly hit all of the marks anytime that I needed assistance with apartment searching or just being approved to live in this community. They always were very helpful and informative. I definitely give briar Hill apartments a 10 out of 10 not just the community but the people who work for the community and that says a lot when you care about your people, I am so grateful to briarhill apartments!!!

I absolutely love Briarhill. The staff is amazing and made the processes of moving to Atlanta so smooth. They answered all my questions and concerned and made me feel heard and safe. I would 100% recommend this complex for any and all! It’s accommodating to young families as well and young single adults! The community here is truly remarkable!

I’ve been living in my apartment for about eight months now, and overall my experience has continued to get better over time. Maintenance has definitely improved, and response times are much quicker than when I first moved in, which I really appreciate. Brandon, the property manager, has been absolutely exceptional. During a time when I experienced job loss, he went above and beyond to work with me and make sure I was able to stay in my apartment. That level of understanding and support meant a lot and really shows that management cares about their residents. Jimira was also great during the move-in process—she made everything easy, communicated quickly, and helped get me settled without any stress. Moving is such an ordeal but the staff at Briarhill took A LOT of stress out of the experience. Brandon & Jadon were super helpful and broke everything down to my husband & I so there was full transparency. We felt very welcomed and heard which is rare nowadays. My neighbor's have all been pleasant and finally we're somewhere where it's quiet 😊 It's definitely worth a look. Also we had a minor maintenance issue that was addressed in 24 hrs. I couldn't say that about the last apartments that I resided. The location is great however just be mindful of the traffic patterns 😬because it can get a little thick during rush hour but hey that's the ATL. 😉. Briarhill is also conveniently located near the majority of shops & stores that I frequent. Thanks again Briarhill & keep up the good work.
