Briarcliff City Apartments

The aparments themselves are fine and pretty well maintained. They had a high turnover of staff when I lived there, the pool was not well kept, & the front office staff had negative attitudes. The owners aren't from Kansas City, or at least they don't live there and they are just cashing in their rental income from this property, but don't really care to update it or maintain it.

Living at Briarcliff City Apartments has been nothing short of fantastic! From the moment I moved in, the management team made me feel right at home. They are incredibly responsive, professional, and always go above and beyond to address any concerns. The apartments themselves are beautiful, modern, and thoughtfully designed with high-quality finishes. The community amenities are top-notch, especially the fitness center and pool, which are always clean and well-maintained. The location is perfect—close to everything you need, yet tucked away enough to enjoy a peaceful atmosphere. What truly sets Briarcliff City Apartments apart is the sense of community. I have lived at Briarcliff City Apartments since they opened in 2010 and I have no intention of living anywhere else! In fact, I am moving to a larger apartment in my same building. I love the neighborhood and the property...the landscaping is lovely all year round. I can also say that about the staff! As with anywhere you live, there have been some issues over the years. I have found everyone on staff to be responsive to them when I've called or stopped by the office to discuss anything. While there may be nothing they can actually do about a situation (no one anywhere has been able to eliminate crime in Kansas City), I've always felt like my concerns or ideas were valued and responded to as much as possible. So Far, I’m extremely pleased with Briarcliff city apartment's after 3 years of living in my apartment, The 2 bedroom apartment I have is amazing and spacious. I have a great patio a nice view of the city Most of all the new property manager and staff in the office is very friendly and professional. If you’re ever looking for a great place to live .
