Called and acquired about an apartment. Wasn’t able to get ahold of some one at first ring but tried back an hr or two I think. later and spoke with ms Dina in the office she was very knowledgeable and very helpful with the application process and the understanding of the property. They have a dog park with a little playground for the children. Some nice apartments as well very clean! hopefully I get accepted and are able to move in shortly!

I am searching for my first apartment. I called Briarcliff Apartments and spoke to Dena the property manager. She was very nice and explained everything to me so that I would understand the process. We scheduled a tour for 2 hours later. When I arrived we toured a 1 bedroom, and a loft. The apartments are really nice and she also told me about a special that they have right now. If you move in by 10/15/25, you will get $350 off of your rent in November and December. I really like the apartments and I’m going to do an application. I have been to 3 places today and this one is the one I like most. Thank you Ms Dena 😊

I visited these apartments looking for a 1 bedroom apartment to start my life over as a single woman. The manger that assisted me on the tour was so nice and knowledgeable. She answered all of my questions and the bonus was, it has a loft! The apartment was cute and exceptionally clean. I can't wait to move in and start decorating.

The manager was helpful, respectful and very professional she answered all my questions and the bonus was it had a loft.The tour was very good the location is perfect. I would highly recommend these apartments to anyone that looking for a place to live I can’t wait to move in with my boys and decorate my amazing apartment

I really enjoyed my experience of the property the manager on site was exceptionally helpful on my visit of the apartment the true definition of southern hospitality. If everything goes according to plan I'll be a resident soon.
