Briar Park 55+ Apartments

Incredible place to live. We had our Magnolia Club Retro Recall Pilot Show there and everyone came out with their 40's, 50's and 60's Attire and won prizes!! Wonderful staff, excellent neighbors. Great 55+ community!

Garbage is piled up in here. It’s always full and overflowing on the ground in 'trash rooms'. The trash chute is a hot stinking mess that just sits and putrefies and reeks of maggots. It stinks up the entire floor. The parking lots are littered with open dumpsters and a big mess on the ground too. Broken glass, junk, dog feces...

DO NOT PUT A DEPOSIT unless you know you signing a lease! I put a deposit back in June 2024 and back out bc I found another 55+ closer to my family. To this day I still have not received my deposit back due to one of their employees pocketed the money order! I had call numerous times even to the management company Dominion. No response just endless phone calls!!!

OMG, I finally moved in was a rough process but we got through. I want to touch on the maintenance guys on site. Mathias is awesome very knowledgeable as a matter of fact he gave me my tour of the property. Any work order I put in he called to get permission to enter my unit. He fixes what ever needs to be fixed same day if possible, if he cant he calls back with an update. Now most of the time maintenance is forgotten but he is awesome. Also I do apologize I cant think of the other guy name with the baseball cap he is cool too. What's good about maintenance is they listen they understand the assignment and get it done. They respect the fact that its a senior community. Thanks guy I and some others appreciate you guys understanding of us.

Like the other poster said, THEY LIE ABOUT RETURNING DEPOSIT AND NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE. This is completely unprofessional and it’s been over a month. I got a person on the phone one time and she lied and said the deposit would be returned Sep 20 and I still see nothing. Next I’m going up there and I will be filing a civil law suit and so can anyone else because it says they have 1 week to return deposit
