Briar Knoll Apartments

I have lived here since November of 2024. In this time, I have had the washer/dryer broken which took weeks to fix, I have had 2 gas leaks where management wouldn’t answer emergency line so fire department had been here for hours while I’m stuck outside in the cold, bathroom vanity is falling apart and molding (this is a “newly renovated apartment”) an ant infestation, and now on top of that, I have had a leaking ceiling in the bathroom since July that is still not fixed. It has been over 2 weeks since a giant hole was drilled where mold is clearly piled up, still leaking, and I have been unable to shower here during this time. Water also falls through the fan when it’s clearly electrical. Today, I was told they thought it was “already taken care of”, followed by an eviction threat. To say

I went for a tour of a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom. It is a small community in a uniquely secluded location. Apartment was quite spacious.

I’ve been here for almost two years and I love how quiet the neighborhood is. Everyone seems to be friendly. A couple things I would change would be the lighting at night in some of the poles and the parking availability is an issue for tenants with two cars. The maintenance team could do a better job at servicing laundry machines. Other than that def recommend.

Lived here for 3 years and it’s absolutely amazing. So quiet even with the complex having dogs and children. Love it here !! Complex is super clean wish they had a hall or park for children. Prices overrated
