I have been living in these apartments for 2 years and since Maci Decker is a manager this is a disgusting of apartments. the neighbors who live in the second floor make a lot of noise and a lot of domestic violence in that apartment. the police come to knock on the door and nobody answered so the police no do nothing. and after a few minutes they continue with fights so it is almost avry night at 3:00AM and I send videos to Maci Decker "the manager" and she does not do anything all. only puts excuses and checks my information to send me a letter that I do not have renter insurance that I have to activate because it will charge me $300 if I do not have insurance. Maci Decker knows when reading this who I am because this is happening is 3 weeks and she does nothing about it I have my childr

With how ive gone from day 1 with no a/c and no dam heat this winter. Id never move here again electric bills high having to use space heaters to not freeze vents moldy. Been here nearly half my 1 year lease without A/C or heat sent out 2 maintenance people who looked at it 1 said he fixed it lied to us and the apartment got paid left they did not inform us. I found out when I went back to complain it wasnt working still. The 2nd one told us he'd be back to try and clean the coils that was a month or so ago now. With how much rent is and $50 of it being towards community events save your money its just not worth the trouble.

Do NOT move into these apartments unless you’re ready for nonstop stress and unprofessional management. Everything started over noise complaints — instead of handling the situation properly, the apartment manager actually asked me to write a fake complaint on my neighbor. That was the first red flag. They also shut off the A/C for the entire complex at the beginning of October, even though residents pay their own electric bills. People were still hot and uncomfortable, but management don’t care they tell you to request a window unit as long as your lease allows it. On top of that, they hand out unprofessional handwritten “48 hour notices” that try to pressure tenants into leaving, instead of following the legal eviction process required by Oklahoma law. It feels like intimidation and re

My experience with this property’s application process was very frustrating and poorly managed. It took over a month for our application to be approved, during which time we had to constantly reach out for updates. Despite being told several times that I would receive a call back, no one ever followed through. When we were finally approved, we received an email allowing us to access a portal with our information. The portal even included a leasing page — but it stated that we still needed to contact someone to get the actual lease details.Even then, no one reached out or provided clear information. The apartment we originally applied for was listed around $650, but when I called to confirm, I was told that no such listing ever existed and that the rent would actually be closer to $750 or

The leasing staff has been friendly, professional, and very responsive throughout the process. All of my questions were answered clearly, and the application process was smooth and well organized. Based on my experience, this seems like a well-managed community, and I'm looking forward to potentially living here.
