I have been here since 2022, you can make it your happy home like I did! The area is just like any other area in the city, you fight for parking! But living at The Fairview is great I have had no issues at all. The view is amazing , especially during the holidays we have panoramic view of all the fireworks that the city sets off! My neighbors are great, and I also have an awesome property manager as well who has a true heart so the company is definitely blessed to have Shannon! My unit will be available and it has an awesome balcony to it. My dog prays every day because he is blessed that he was grandfathered in prior to the new changes so we didn’t have to leave. We are transferring to another unit which is bigger. So peeps come be my new neighbors. Attached are some of my pic

The property I'm viewing looks nice and in the right area but this company is hard to get ahold of. I've called four separate times and twice it seemed like someone picked up but hung up when they heard me speak.

Can’t believe I’m the first review. So many people don’t think about leaving a review when they’ve had a positive experience- but quick to when it is negative. No reviews just has me assume everyone has had a great experience like me with this company. But I feel the need to leave this review specifically for Esmeralda. She has been absolutely AMAZING through my apartment hunting and move in process. It does not matter what time of day I contact her, she is always quick to respond back at any and each time. She was extremely attentive, detailed, informative and responsive. I applied for 2 places through brewerytown management. She was super helpful with both applications. This place LITERALLY has a roach infestation and they refuse to send an exterminator!!! Why not send an exterminator? The roaches are not going away. Do not live here.

Very difficult to get a hold of and the place is not as well kept since the property management changed to Brewerytown Management.
