John Brewer was very polite and respectful and he did offer to show us the items found on his inspection report that needed repair. He did the home inspection as well as the required septic inspection. The septic inspection consisted of letting water run at all of the fixtures in the house for 20-30 minutes and then poking around the yard looking for wet areas, which he did not find. Less that 2 months after we moved in, on a rainy day, none of the toilets in the house would flush. The rain had soaked the ground and the leach field was no longer accepting any sewage or other water from the septic tank. The tank was within 8 inches of being full and in the words of the septic technician I hired, NEAR FULL FAILURE. The problem is that this house was vacant for months before we purchase

My wife and I were interested in buying a home and were recommended Brewer Home Inspection by a friend who had a good experience with them. John and Nick did an outstanding job inspecting a property I was interested in purchasing. They were available within a short notice, made sure to be prompt on the inspection and report, and were priced very competitively. The experience was seamless and I would recommend them to anyone!

This man is a crook. Very dishonest. Likes to rip people off. Be forewarned before dealing with him. Do not trust him. Look somewhere else. Mr Brewer was under a contract to provide certain construction services that was stated within the contract. There are numerous problems with the house, including the well that was drilled, contaminated unusable water, not to mention issues with the septic system. Mr Brewer was in charge of hiring and overseeing the construction of the well drilling. He was allotted the sum of $5000 dollars for the cost of the new well, in which was drilled only 60 feet deep, at the cost of $14 dollars per foot totaling $840 dollars, the cost of a new well pump, wiring, water line, tank, fittings, etc.... total cost estimated somewhere around $2000 dollars. The rest of
