Breton Court Apartments

Live here. Don't pass Breton Ct up. New management. Remodels happening. Be a part of the new Breton court. I live here. It's quiet. Easy access to everything. All within minutes away. Home maintenance is on point. Got an issue. It's handled. Great team all around. Why pay more for the same features elsewhere. And here we have 4 properties to choose from. 3 pools. 1 indoor. 3 dog parks. A huge park with basketball and trails and a playground. And a fitness center. I'm biased because I live here. But I also feel safe living here.

Bug problems (roaches and ants). Horrible black mold issues before they replaced the windows and doors. They didn't replace drywall they just painted over the mold. Terrible experience with maintenance, took weeks to fix things. Denied that there was a gas leak in my stove for 3 days even though I had DTE out to check and a note that said there was. Cupboards are falling apart from water damage. Carpet is placed in the dining area which is just adds to bug problems. They don't salt and plow regularly in the winter. There are multiple residents who have fallen and one who is suing them. I fell and my kids have fallen on the ice in the parking lot and stairs. The washing machines are always broken but they just place the blame on the 3rd party that owns them instead of replacing them. The h

Filled out an app and did the bank statements that were required for 1099 income. They asked for paystubs via email so I asked if I should send them via email or go back and edit my application… needless to say I emailed them about 3 days in a row without a response. I sent paystubs via email and uploaded on the application and they informed me I application was cancelled for not sending in income verification. They just gave me the phone number to call the office but my work hours are during business hours… waste of 60 dollars.

Breton court has nice 1 to 3 bedrooms apartments, very spacious and located in a nice neighborhood. Recently had a walk through tour with an awesome Manager Deb and my family member. She was very patient and answered tons of questions. Also very knowledgeable of the property. Had a awesome time checking out the pool/gym area.. Rent prices were very affordable for my family that is looking for a new space.. I

Update: Office Has still given me no mailbox key and ONCE AGAIN was told to go to usps myself. They simply will Make every excuse to not give you one. I have received 0 mail. Extremely unprofessional. Terrible. Have been renting here for almost a year and still no mailbox access after reaching out multiple times.
