Breslyn House Apartments

I used to live there as a child. Back in the 80s it was a really nice place to live. The neighborhood was cool. Everything you needed was in walking distance. They had a play area in the back which was gated. Laundry facility. If i ever moved back to Philadelphia, I would consider living there again.

Management isn't honest, I was told to come in and fill out an application only to be told upon my arrival that they aren't excepting any new apps and that the waitlist is being "purged" smh whatever

I am on the waiting list it's only two years they have one bedroom,two bedrooms,three bedrooms and a laundry room and central air

It’s a nice place , however it just the person that live under me.

They could be just a little better its woulda been a 5 star
