Brentwood Townhomes

The pictures and amenities posted of these apartments are lies. The whole website is a lie. I will be filing a complaint with the home inspectors. There only about 10 people living in them. They need to be condemned. The inside look like it’s about to fall in. The apartments are roach infested. The buildings are extremely old. There’s no maintenance and the lady in the office is always up stairs with the security guard doing who knows what. I don’t understand why these apartments are collecting rent from the people out there.

DO NOT move her I repeat do not move here please ! it’s roaches in every unit even if you keep your place clean they still come I bought expensive roach killer morning works they are in the kitten area very bad they are also in the oven ! It’s like when the sun goes down they take over the kitchen ! why are roaches in a oven ! I called and requested for a new oven nothing was done roaches are crawling in my refrigerator as well i don’t kno how they are getting in this is sooooo disgusting and unsanitary ! they do not wanna replace the oven that’s been here since the 90’s ! Please read and do not move here ! They do not keep the units up ! Maintenance is really not maintenance they just hired a man in the apts to work on the apts this is ridiculous ! It’s a gh

Tony in management was extremely helpful with application process and communication was perfesional and consistent. Although I did not see unit security is on property and overall looks like a pretty clean and safe community .

Not the place to be new rules can’t even stand out on property or even sit in front of your door this is more like jail not the place to move too New owners, Are trying to purge the whole apartment to get people to move out upstairs. AC is terrible. It stays hot through the summer and you stay cold through the winter. You can’t even smoke a cigarette’s in the Apartment you paid for every month and they got security watching everybody and when I say everybody I mean everybody who coming to your house when the last time you been home you have no privacy in your own home taking pictures of you with your kids and this security not a PD and not off duty to officer Take a pictures of people like to place at your house I got to worry if I’m being watched and noticed when and who’s been in who’s

THIS PLACE UPDATED ITS NAME TO: BRENTWOOD TOWNHOMES I fortunately don’t live at the property, but witnessed multiple men on property with children holding assault weapons today. I’ve been in the property management field for 10 years and never seen nor did that to my residents. Who’s ever decision it was to allow that on a property was poorly misguided and very irresponsible. This community was treated like criminals at a jail during check time and it’s inexcusable; all for a “HVAC” check.
