Brentwood Terrace

I couldn't be happier with the apartment. The management company has been great. They always answer the phone when I call. There's ample parking and a real sense of community with the tenants. I love the common area and socializing with my neighbors after work. The gas smell the other reviewer left is common to smell a little gas with gas stoves. Nothing I would worrie about and if you werre worried they told me that they would be out the next day to take a look. I was told that the gaqs outage had nothinbg to do with the managment company and everything to do with construction nearby and the city of austin. Highly recommend Brentwood Terrace!~
