Brentwood Parks Apartments

Residents are required to have a parking sticker to park on property. There is no visitor parking unless visitor gives office a copy of their car registration. Tow truck comes through multiple times a day 7 days a week towing cars that do not have stickers. Can't have a visitor come after office hours because you can't give them a copy of your car registration to get a sticker. Lots of empty parking spaces but visitors are unable to park there they are required to park out on the street or down the street. As soon as new management took over the apartment they raised the rent. Very noisy apartments with lots of children and people playing music loudly.

Management changes every few years and they make up new rules. Have had my car stolen and another car window broken twice, scratched up. Car vandalism. It's like a prison here. I would move if I could. Mold in apartments. Manager used to just spray paint over it.

Lived here for over 10 years and feel that there are some double standards with residents and management. Park experiment needs to be fixed, signs that were knocked down need to be put back up. Ive had 2 cars stolen, 2 broken windows, all with camera surveillance that isnt accessible. Place could be cleaner..

Office assistant ( really bad ) needs better attitude..it looks like she doesn't want to do her job..👎

Extremely loud and dirty complex area. Everyone from Antioch trickling over.
