Brentwood Gardens Apartment Community

I personally have never written a review before however after working with the property manager here I was compelled to do so. It started with me looking for an apartment for my grandson who will be attending a University close by. Once finding an available apt here, the manager went out of her way to help make the process as smooth as possible. Working out of state can be challenging but with her assistance, it was if she was right there next to me. She was very helpful and kind and offered many other resources that would help with the move in process. I feel confident that my grandson will be in a safe secure environment that has a supportive and caring management. Two thumbs up for the property manager!

Previous on-site manager was very nice & helpful & helped make our moving process a bit easier. Complex is small, used to be quiet and she kept things very well maintained. I hope to continue an enjoyable living experience here.

It was ok when we first moved in back in oct.2014 but we had our ps3 games and a bunch of tupperware stole two days after we moved into the apartment by a cleaning company woman. After that they got a new manager there and things started going down hill from there. Upped the rent, now they are charging me for cleaning the apartment AFTER i moved out. In conclussion; GOOD LUCK!
