The pest are a problem. Water bugs/Cockroaches. Propert managers don’t answer the phones ever. Maintenance don’t get completed. The area is never lite at night. Walls are thin, trash is always every where. Rent constantly going up with no upgrades.
Water bills are outrageouus. Safety is a BIG issue because of very poor lighting at night. They need to install flood llghts for more protection and better safety for their residents.
One of the worst places I've lived in terms of service and professionalism. Rental office never answers the phone, nor returns your messages. If you reach the head office you'll only get the voice mail and no call back at all. They really make you want to take them to court.
DO NOT MOVE HERE, I PROMISE IT'LL BE THE BIGGEST REGRET OF YOUR LIFE!!!
