This review is specifically regarding the community manager, Ashley. Ashley has been awesome ever since she started here. She's genuinely kind, always helpful, and fair across the board. What I really appreciate is that she handles everything with a no-nonsense attitude, she's not a pushover, but she's never rude about it either. That's a rare combination and it makes a real difference in my experience living here. If you have an issue, Ashley's the kind of person who will actually take care of it. Couldn't ask for a better community manager.

I lived at Brentwood Apartments for 8 year's. I left due to providing long term care for my parents. The grounds are well kept. The turn around for maintenance is great. Inspection are done, I had no issues as I kept up with my unit. The staff was amazing, they also followed up with concerns. I would recommend Brentwood.

I have been a resident of this community since 2019. During the first several years—particularly through and shortly after the pandemic—the property was well managed and met expectations. Unfortunately, over the past few years there has been a noticeable decline in overall management and service quality. I have been charged a $75 late fee despite paying rent in advance, and maintenance and management responsiveness to reported issues has been consistently poor. There appears to be a strong emphasis on additional fees and charges, while resident concerns and maintenance needs are not addressed in a timely or satisfactory manner. Based on my recent experiences, I would recommend that prospective residents carefully consider other options before choosing this community.

One of the worst apartment management and office team and maintenance team I ever encountered. People in the office are good for nothing. They moving everything to digital so older tenants or tenants without online access are screwed. Maintenance barely show up daytime to fix stuff. Maintenance never picks up the phone after hours. Security patrol never answer the phone when we need them. There is hardly anyone available in the office to answer questions. Called the office multiple times on a regular Tuesday around 12 pm no one answered. Very unprofessional.

The maintenance is timely and very professional. But I felt unsafe there, my bicycle was stolen from the patio. When vacating the apartment they gave me a cleaning list, which i meticulously followed, i left the space super clean, turns out they charge a big cleaning fee regardless of the state of cleaness of the place.
