I'm really happy with my move in process. Lis was really nice and helpful. She helped me secure my apartment less than a week after applying. I'm very excited to be moving into my new place. Thank you lis and community manager

I had a wonderful experience when I first moved in, mostly because I interacted with Liz, who was consistently professional, calm, and incredibly helpful. She explained everything clearly and made the process easy to understand—exactly what you hope for from management. Unfortunately, that level of professionalism wasn’t consistent. Toward the end of my lease, I was assisted by a male manager (I believe his name was Cesar) when I went in with a few simple questions about the reapplication process and the 60-day notice fee. The conversation took a surprising turn. Instead of clarity, I was met with raised voices, visible frustration—even before sitting down—and the memorable advice to “sue Brentwood,” which, while creative, wasn’t exactly helpful. The leasing office was great knowledgeable, professional, and very helpful during our move-in process. We needed to find a place quickly, and this complex was our best option at the time. Lis, in particular, was very helpful and responsive.The unit we received had previously been occupied by a tenant who smoked inside. You could tell the staff tried their best to make the apartment look and smell as good as possible before we moved in. Maintenance does take a bit longer to respond, but we didn’t have any major issues that needed urgent attention. One downside was the lack of rule enforcement. Other tenants often played loud music and would gather outside the building drinking and smoking. I wish the office was stricter about enforcing community rules to maintain a better living environment
