Brenda is incredible! Prior to meeting and locking in with Brenda, we had worked with a few other agents and we were very disappointed. They didn’t listen, were too busy with other clients or just weren’t a good match. We met and purchased our home with her in 2022 and we knew right away she would be the perfect person when it came time to sell. Brenda has so much real estate knowledge and experience; we knew we would be in the best hands possible when we sold our home! Unfortunately, we had to sell much sooner than we expected and on a short timeline and Brenda was the only person we trusted to ensure we met our timeline. In both our purchase and sale, she went above and beyond to make sure we got the best deal. There wasn’t a single time we called/text where she didn’t answer or respond

We were told our application would be given priority as we were the first to tour and to apply to a property. We asked Brenda if we would get accepted if we offered more than asking, a longer lease length, or an earlier move in date and received a response of "maybe". We were the first applicants, met all of the requirements, and received ZERO communication for an entire week. We had to reach back out after a week of waiting and received the news they accepted someone else due to offering a longer lease length and earlier move in date. Keep in mind we said we would also do all of these things but Brenda didn't even come back to us and give us an opportunity to counter. Overall a terrible experience and EXTREMELY unprofessional.
