Bren Mar Apartments

Run!!! I lived here for two years, and while I loved my apartment space the cons totally outweighed the pros. First off, the walls are paper thin, want to hear your neighbors TV through the floor of your bedroom? This is the place to live. Other residents will also leave trash in the hallway of the building and steal your packages. Parking is abysmal, if you get home any time AFTER 6pm good luck finding a parking spot! Additionally they don’t get the parking lots plowed when it snows so you better have a shovel otherwise your car will get stuck. I know this because it happened to me TWICE. When I called the property for help they did nothing, I ended up having to call the police. Worst of all the management. While I was living there the property manager changed three times. I’ve been living here almost two years and couldn’t be happier! The community is clean, quiet, and very family-friendly. Leasing Consultant, Kira, is always so pleasant and helpful. She has made my experience easy from the start. Osman from maintenance is also fantastic and always quick to respond whenever something comes up. I’ve had no issues within my unit since moving in. I really appreciate all the community offers with fun activities and events that bring residents together. Overall, this has been a wonderful place for my family and I to call home!

Everyone here in Bren Mar was welcoming. We had an exceptional and seamless assistance and help from our Leasing Consultant Ms. Kira S., from processing our application, to handing our keys to even until our stay here.Maintenance of the unit was a breeze, Mr. Bayani and Usman are very prompt on our requests. Bren Mar apt also has some fun activities and give aways for tenants, which is really nice. Hands down the best apartment we had.

Have lived here for almost two years and I love my apartment and this community. Kira in the leasing office is a gem- always helpful, informed, and makes me feel welcome even on my bad days. The grounds are lush and well maintained. The maintenance staff are professional and efficient, as well as very polite. 10\10, would rent again.

Lived there for 2 years. Great community, but when I moved out, got $2,000 in extra charges that were added in late, then the Rent Payment app didn’t allow me to pay, so when I emailed I was told they would “get back to me” and they never did, 2 months later another random $1,000 is added and I’m working with the company that is with BrenMar to figure out what happened. Good place to live, but trying to leave you get charged randomly
