Terrible customer service. I complained about a dog barking all day and night. He said he would send a letter over 3 weeks ago. The dog still barking and he said he got a shotgun, did I want him to go shoot the dog. Very unprofessional and nasty. He also told me to go talk to the neighbor and I said I don’t talk to people and plus that’s not my job, he told me he has neighbors that he talk to all the time, I said and I’m not you.

If there was a 0 I would give that to you. You have let folks stay in your houses and apartments and grow mole, floors falling in, toilets, do not replace appliances as you should . You went up on everyone’s rent { the nerve} You do nothing for your tenants. Rest assured a day of reckoning is coming for all you Landlords.

I will be filing a lawsuits in regards to my incident happened on September 17, 2020 at one of their rental property. William Shreve LLC is the owner. They have owned up to the severely damage deck, and quickly shift the responsibility to Erie insurance co. A company who has shown very unprofessional tactics, including race based questioning during the interview with their adjuster. But i will hold all parties responsible.

We have been tenants since 2012 we love this home and I remember our Precious Brittany we lost due to a car accident in 2022 .She did absolutely love this house as we have so many memories of both our Children with living hear.The Breedlove reality r very good Christian folks we would definitely recommend doing business with them.

I rented office space from Breedlove in the past. They were slow to resolve maintenance issues - some were never resolved. I heard from other tenants in the building that they were terminating everyone's occupancy with 30 day's notice. I never received notice from Breedlove. When I called to inquire, they confirmed and said they mailed the notice to the wrong address. They said I could have 30 more days (a legal requirement), but that construction would be going on all around my office and the environment would be loud and dusty. They said they were remodeling to move one tenant into the entire section of suites. They declined to say who this was for. It ended up being for Breedlove themselves; they moved into the suites.
