I highly recommend the work of Conor Bredder and his team at Bredder Land Management. From the initial consultation to the final walkthrough, Conor was a consummate professional, always laser focused on communication, quality and customer satisfaction. He provided creative designs and alternatives for our landscaping, masonry, and fencing needs, allowing us to choose what best matched our desires and budget. His team showed up early, worked late and always kept an impeccable work site. We will no doubt use Bredder Land Management again for future projects. Conor met my expectations as to being the right guy to tackle the huge job of getting rid of a large old swimming pool and in it’s place, creating a yard to enjoy! I had spoken to other contractors in the past with mixed results but when I met with Conor to discuss the job, he explained the approach he would take with confidence, a positive attitude and consideration for the environment. I am so glad that I met and hired Conor Bredder owner of Bredder Land Management when his business was just getting started because I think that he is going to get very busy very fast. The range of his skills and experiences is broad. He has high standards for himself and takes great pride in the work he does. He expertly installed woven wire fencing for my goats. The fence is tight and straight (even though my farm is very hilly and presented many installation challenges). All you need to do is look at how he neatly wrapped the wire around the corner posts to know that he is someone who pays attention to details. The Bredder team was excellent all around: creative, professional, courteous, hardworking, precise, adaptable, responsive. I enjoyed working with each member of the team. Bredder Land Management installed about a half-mile of woven wire fencing with three wooden gates, enclosing about 7 acres for my dogs to run free. he terrain was rocky, wooded and steep, requiring a fair amount of prep work. The fence is phenomenal, the gates are beautiful and the dogs are happy.

We have an ongoing project with Conor and our experience thus far has been extremely positive: from guidance, communication, his flexibility, the quality of work performed and most importantly meeting schedule deadlines, everything has exceeded our expectations.
