The property manager evicted me after being a model tenant for nearly two years because I broke my ankle on something that was HER responsibility to fix. She also kept the communal laundry room closed for nearly a year to punish certain tenants. When she reopened it after having them machines "fixed", they weren't.
This is a family housing unit for low to moderate income renters. They also accept section 8. Its unfortunate some of the renters don't take pride in where they live.
