My Name Is Stephanie DeStefano I have lived In Breckenridge Apartments for over 5 yrs and I have to say the staff and maintenance are amazing !! the management team have always been so helpful and understanding when I have had an Issue . a few years ago my apartment was robbed and management provided a lady to come In and clean my apartment It was a huge load off me. Also They have fun events and Invite everyone. another thing I enjoy are my neighbors April and kristine they have been so friendly and always looking out for me! I want them to know how much I appreciate ALL they do! And management,Thank You!!!!!!!!! keep up the good work Andrew, Hailey and Jake!!!

Hello. Last night my beige Mazda Tribute was robbed, which I parked as usual in the yard near house #9. The car was not damaged, but my personal belongings (phone charger and power bank) were stolen. Please pay attention to what is happening, as this is not the first time an incident has happened to my car in the yard. Last time the car was scratched all around, now it was broken into and robbed. What should I expect next time? Theft?

Just moved out after living here for almost two years, I LOVED this place the only reason we are leaving is due to needing a third bedroom but if I did not need the extra space we would still be living here, it is a super quiet quaint area, super affordable would recommend this place to anyone. Thank yall for everything!

Horrible misrepresentation of move in special. Misleading that you will get $1500.00 off of rent. Only after the hold fee was collected was it made clear it was for 'April only'. Which means you actually are only getting the remainder of that month reduced (1week). So sad, because it was a great experience up to this point. A reputable business would honor the verbal contract made that I would receive $1500.00 for the entire first full month of possession. The manager and young leasing lady turned from nice to completely rude when I questioned the bait and switch. I tried to withdraw my deposit within minutes of paying it due to the change in their credit happened. They denied that keeping my $350.00. What an absolutely terrible experience.

From the moment we entered the complex, we were impressed with the landscaping as it was well maintained. We walked inside the clubhouse, walked around and noticed that the gym and pool areas were clean and well kept. We met with Tracy who was very professional, personable and knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. She took us on a tour of the grounds and also mentioned nearby places of interest. She helped us through the leasing process and made it easy. Besides all the great amenities, Tracy is the main reason that we decided to rent at Breckenridge. She's a great asset to this company!!!
