My experience with Denise, the property manager, has always been positive, pleasant, and professional. She is enthusiastic, warm, encouraging, and reassuring. She is a woman of faith, so, you can expect a word when you speak with her, especially if you're doubtful or under duress. She makes you want to rent on this property. Great leadership capabilities and gets things done. The property itself is clean, quiet, and safe. The neighbors seem friendly and are said to always be that way. This is a cool, laid back, living situation that's cleverly tucked away in a convenient location near the expressway and other main roads, such as Lem Turner and Dunn Avenue. Hi everyone I just wanted to come on here and say Mrs. Denise the property manager is awesome. And so is Josh at the front desk. Both went out of there ways to make things happen and get us in. Super cool people. With Hearts of gold. Really should check them out. They are wonderful people to all. And the property and the studios rooms and laundry rooms are very well maintained. This place is the best.

Affordable studio's if your on a budget.Denise in the office was very helped in accommodating my move in time to fit my schedule.

If could give zeros stars I would I called to acquire about getting a apartment and possibly doing a tour of the apartment and they didn’t answer so I had to call multiple times just to get someone to answer during business hours and then when I finally got someone on the phone the lady was so rude and unprofessional and could not answer any questions about the apartments that I had she was so unknowledgeable about the apartments
