Outstanding Service from Katelynn at Breakers Point Apartments I had an incredible experience working with Katelynn at Breakers Point Apartments. She went above and beyond to help me gather the information I needed to support my daughter and her boyfriend as they prepare to move for school in January. Katelynn took her time, answered every question I had, and when she didn’t have an immediate answer, she was honest and proactive in trying to find one. Her professionalism, patience, and genuine care made a lasting impression. Based on my experience with Katelynn alone, I’m hopeful they’ll be able to call Breakers Point home. If you’re looking for someone who truly listens and takes the time to help, Katelynn is the person to talk to.

I have been a resident since 2019, and the Breakers Point became my sweet home. I love how quiet, beautiful, and convenient this place is! I have grown a gorgeous garden in my sunroom, enjoy the pool, and the grill area with friends. In 5 years I have never had any problems, and if it was a minor problem, it was resolved quickly and efficiently. I am grateful for Bailey Howard, Liz and Kaitlynn who work hard at the office to ensure proper management. All the maintenance men are nice and friendly. Many of my neighbours made the Breakers Point home for many years. Highly recommend!

A truly 5-star experience! I recently toured and I was incredibly impressed. The property is beautiful and impeccably maintained, from the resort-style pool to the modern fitness center. The apartments themselves are spacious and the location is ideal—close to everything but with a peaceful, tucked-away feel. The leasing team who gave me the tour was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. This community truly feels like a vacation home!

Recently toured and found the Property Manager and office staff extremely friendly, helpful, eager to answer questions. The maintenance staff was also friendly and engaging during the tour even though they were busy working. The grounds were well kept, the property was quiet even being so close to such a busy area.
