BRC Multifamily Management

For the past two years, I have been living at the Garden Park Townhomes that is run by BRC Multifamily. Overall, the townhome has been a good starter unit that has provided what all we needed for being recently out of college. The unit had 2 rooms and 1.5 baths and was more than enough room for two people. There were in home hook ups for a washer and dryer which was amazing to have. There was also a detached 2 car garage which was a game changer for people only used to living in apartments and dorms. The management team was adequate. They were responsive when needed for repairs and questions. There was one issue where a new tenant was smoking outside and in the garage that was next to ours, and the management team handled the situation quickly ensuring that all tenants respected the lease

I've lived at my residence for 5+ yrs. I chose this location due to the neighborhood being relatively safe for my teenage son and myself. It's a quiet neighborhood, but the Management Company has been very accommodating to us. The remodel on my apt is done well and Management has been extremely accommodating with every concern an issue I've ever had. I appreciate the Management Team for their assistance..

Given a 2 because the apartment had a good location and we loved our home. However, BRC avoided doing any repairs possible. Our furnace broke down multiple times every winter for 4 years. On the last year, they actually told me that they couldn’t fix it and we’d have to wait until after Christmas. Finally they put a new one in after a few years of that. Everything was old and falling apart. They didn’t wanna fix it. Two times in these 4 years, BRC gave us threatening letters threatening to kick us out: once when a neighbor overfilled the dumpster and they left a threatening letter at the door of everyone in the building, and another time when my husband was 2 days late on rent. Just woke up to a notice on our mailboxes from EXCEL energy. They will be discontinuing the properties power on 1/16/2026 because BRC has failed to give them access to the meters for inspection. This company is awful and one step away from a class action lawsuit. On top of this, they love to give out premature eviction notices. Their maintenance team never fixes anything (took over a month to get my dishwasher fixed, and it’s been over a month since I requested for my hallway door to be fixed). They also have the worst record keeping, and tried to charge me a month to month fee while I was on a 12 month lease. Hopefully this 1star rating, which should be a 0 star rating, gets their attention. Surprised they haven’t been sued yet…

My partner and I lived at the Sherlock Townhomes in Longmont for the past year and a half. We’ve been very happy with the property: it was newly renovated when we moved in, and we enjoyed how fresh and clean it felt! The townhomes themselves are in a great location — walking distance from all the shops and restaurants on Main St. as well as multiple parks and less than 10 minute drive from multiple grocery stores. The road itself is quiet and family-oriented, and our neighbors were always quiet and respectful. Repairs were handled professionally, and when our A/C went out in the summer, there was someone there within 8 hours with a temporary window unit for us, and the A/C itself with fixed promptly.
